MAD Maps Return Policy

 

1. Return Timeframe: 

Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers can initiate a return within this period. 

2. Return Eligibility: 

  • Condition of returned items: The items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Exceptions: Wall maps are non-refundable and are final sale items. They are printed on demand in personalized sizes and paper treatments. 

  • Store credit or exchanges: In the event the map you received did not meet your expectations and it is not eligible for a return, then store credit or an exchange for a different product may be provided to you.

3. Return Process:

  • Steps for initiating a return: Contact us at orders@madmaps.com to request a return

  • Then package and ship the return: A specified address will be provided to you.

  • Shipping costs: You will need to pay for shipping the return. While we cannot refund the shipping cost, we can provide you with store credit equal to your shipping cost, please email a copy of your receipt with the tracking number for store credit.

4. Refund Process: 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method equal to the value of the item. Plus, store credit is available equal to your return shipping cost.

  • Refund processing time is generally within a few business days after receiving the returned item. Our commitment is to send your refund as soon as possible.

  • Partial refunds: If an item shows signs of use or is slightly damaged, then we can not restock the item, and you will either receive a partial refund, store credit, or an exchange.
